PHP agent installation: aarch64 (ARM64)

Starting with the New Relic PHP Agent release 10.10.0 tar file contains aarch64 binaries for PHPs 8.0+. Please follow these instructions to install or update the New Relic PHP agent on any supported operating system running on aarch64 CPU.
