After you complete the configuration process, data from your Google Cloud Platform account reports directly to New Relic at regular polling intervals. Your data appears in the New Relic UI within a few minutes.
View your GCP data
To view your GCP data:
- Go to one.newrelic.com > All capabilities.
- Search for Google Cloud Platform and select the tile.
To find and use your data, including links to and alert settings, go to one.newrelic.com > All capabilities > Infrastructure > GCP.
Query your data
You can view and reuse the NRQL queries both in the pre-configured and in the Events explorer dashboards. This lets you tailor queries to your specific needs.
Events, dashboards, and other data are available for all services in New Relic.
GCP entities
Your GCP resources also appear as entities in the entity explorer for services with full entity support. Each entity has a summary page with golden metrics and a pre-built dashboard.
New resources may take a few minutes to be detected and synthesized as entities. For more information, see Cloud integrations system limits.
